Sustainability & Innovation within Engineering

Are you an engineering student? And do you want to broaden your skill set and knowledge on sustainability issues? Our Sustainability & Innovation within Engineering programme will suit your perfectly.

You will work on a variety of facets of sustainable innovation with courses on Sustainable Business Development, Change Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Systems Engineering. During a period of 20 weeks you'll perform a real-life project for an external company/client in a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 6 students. These are mixed, with students from the Mechanical, Electro-technical and Business Engineering bachelor programmes.

Our Sustainability & Innovation within Engineering minor programme deals with different aspects of sustainable innovation a business engineering point of view: Sustainable Business Development, Change Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Systems Engineering.

You will undertake assignments with a focus on at least one of the following themes: Sustainability, Mobility, Medical Technology and Creative Industries.

English CEFR level B2.

Please note: You may be asked to take a language assessment test before the start of the programme. If your English language skills are below the required level, you may not be able to enter the course, as you need to be able to actively participate in (parts of) the programme. In all cases, the programme manager makes the final decision.
