Behavioural interventions to prevent errors in insurance claims
This project tries to fight insurance fraud so that insurance remains affordable for everyone. The client is the insurance chamber of the Institute for financial crime (IFFC). This is a consortium of all major insurance companies in the Netherlands
Objective
This project helps to fight insurance fraud so that insurance remains affordable for everyone in collaboration with partners in the Netherlands.
Results
A large literature study (384 articles) showed that little is known about this matter. That is why phase 2 is now being started to look for the motives for fraudulent behaviour.

3. Development and testing of online behavioural interventions in the claim process at an insurer 4. Develop guidelines for a multi-year national campaign to establish a new social norm for insurance fraud
