Bianca Calin

Born in Romania and raised in Greece, I started off my career as a classical musician, studying and playing violin for fourteen years. I received my first academic qualification at the age of 17 as a violin performer with a Straight A and Distinction for the Final Exam Performance. Furthermore, I continued my academic career at the HKU Conservatorium Utrecht again in violin performance. In 2020, I decided to follow one of my biggest passions and applied for Creative Business at the HU, where I am currently enrolled as a student.

Shortly after starting my studies at the HU, I was recruited to be part of the Marketing and Recruitment team as a Content Assistant, quickly advancing in tasks and following with a promotion as Content Marketing Assistant a year later. My tasks include supporting the strategy creation for our social media platforms, managing the student ambassadors team, helping at the organization and promotion of all recruitment events, creating the concepts for all our social media content, copywriting, analysing the results of our content quarterly and adapting the strategy based on audience feedback, and other relevant tasks to the position. At the same time, I am very invested in achieving my academic goals as a student, while still promoting our programme to prospective students all over the world.
