Since March 2020 Calvin Wittenberg works at the research group Marketing & Customer Experience. During his internship at the research group he used his knowledge and skills in his thesis within the research group. Currently he is participating within the project 'Public Service within Digital Transition.
Calvin studies Technical Business Organisation. He is currently in the last phase of his study and currently writes his thesis within the project Public Service in Digital Transition. Within this study he will do a separate research for Aegon. Here he will look at the use of Robo-advice within the customer journey for mortgage customers.
