She is working with the Behavioral Science Institute at Radboud University Nijmegen on her research. She studies the added value of Conversational Agents, such as chatbots and voice assistants, to customer trust in brands and organizations and the specific role of trust markers.
Indira is the owner of eejaa, an agency for quality audits in higher business education, certification partner of Thuiswinkel.org e-Academy, and is NVAO certified. She is the founder of Paper Jam agency for the supervision of applied and scientific research. Previously, she was, for more than 10 years, managing director of an agency specialized in digital marketing and cross-media strategy.
