Simone van Egdom is conducting her doctoral research into the recently developed legal options that enable government interventions within a mandated context, among families with troublesome children. How does this legal expansion relate to the privacy rights of individuals and families?
Simone is a certified psychologist and lawyer. She is currently the team leader of the master’s programme Forensic Social Professional. She also lectures in criminal law to students of the SJD and HBO Law degree programmes. Her doctoral research is closely related.
