AdaptatWork

Adaptive expertise and flexibility are important competences. Professionals will have to adapt to changing working conditions and be able to shape those changes. This (design) research takes place in innovative learning-working environments in bachelor's and master's programs and describes and explains the mechanisms of these innovations with regard to the development of adaptive expertise.

Objective

Adaptatwork aims at insight in and development of practical tools to enhance adaptive expertise during workplace learning.

Reviews on adaptive expertise and mechanisms that stimulate adaptive expertise, case studies, meta-analysis and valorisation.

Wonen 3.0

The project housing 3.0 ('Wonen 3.0’) serves as a case for this project. Practical research is conducted on the issues of society around the theme of living in the setting of work-based learning. Companies and institutions, researchers and students (as young professionals) jointly develop new insights and working solutions. Education is based on challenge-based learning.
