Jorian Hutten
Since April of 2025 Jorian works as a professional doctorate within the research group Applied Urban Energy Transition. He researches how industrial parties and citizens can help achieving a robust and futureproof electricity grid. For example by shifting demand towards sunny hours or to invest in new battery technology.

In the past he has worked for a small scale consultancy focused on energy and sustainability in the industry. Often industrial parties do not realize their technology can be operated more flexible. Jorian wants to investigate how to support companies to operate or become more flexible and sustainable in their energy consumption.
