Mohamed is working as a PhD candidate in the Research group Innovation of Movement Care. He has a strong focus on physiotherapy practice in primary care, through care innovation projects for a variety of target groups, including senior citizens.
After obtaining a degree in Physiotherapy, Mohamed followed it up with a Sports Physiotherapy major. He continued to develop in the field of Physiotherapy Science.

Since 2007, Mohamed has been working within HU University of Applied Sciences’ Physiotherapy master’s degree programme. He combines this role with that of lecturer in CIOS Arnhem’s sports degree programme. He gains considerable satisfaction from this combination of education activities, working together with a variety of Research groups and practical experience. It is a source of recognition, pleasure and practical handles for further shaping his pursuit of a PhD and his on-going development as a researcher.
