Sabine joined the Marketing & Customer Experience research group in January 2023 to work as a researcher. Her research contributes to research line 'Brand and Society' working in projects related to consumer choices and sustainable food systems and to value perception of sustainable consumer products.
Sabine is researcher and also senior lecturer within the study Creative Business. She received her PhD with distincion in Marketing, from Université Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble, France studying the impact of emotion in consumers food choice. She has 20 years of experience in applied research in Academia and corporate. Her main research interests include Social Marketing, Consumer psychology, Behaviour change for good (i.e., healthy eating habits, Sustainable behaviours).
