Tom Willems
Tom works as a junior researcher within the research group Communication in Digital Transition. His main interests focusses on the effect of modern technologies – particularly the internet – on human thought and behavior.

Tom obtained his BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2016. In the years afterwards he participated in two Master programs: Sociology and Philosophy, both of which he completed in 2019. Tom completed both studies at Tilburg University.
Tom is driven by a passion for knowledge and the sharing thereof with others. It is for this reason that he aspires to play a role within the field of education, where he hopes to contribute to the development of knowledge in the Netherlands.
