Yvette Sol
Yvette Sol has worked for many years as a lecturer, researcher and educational advisor at Utrecht University. After her promotion in 2012, she conducted various studies, including in the field of Science and Technology (S&T) in primary education.
From 2014 to 2016, Yvette worked at The Netherlands Institute for Social Research in The Hague. There she conducted policy-oriented research into, among other things, the responsiveness of senior secondary vocational education and IT in education.
Yvette currently combines her work as a researcher at the Research group Curriculum Development in Primary and Secondary Education with her position as senior lecturer for the Teacher Training for Primary Education programme of the Theo Thijssen Institute. She also works as a lecturer at the Academic Teacher Training Programme for Primary Education (ALPO) and is the programme leader of the master programme Expertise Teacher in Primary Education (MEPO).
