New International Business programme from September 2018
HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht is proud to present its newly developed BBA International Business programme, beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. Our aim is to train young professionals for international success in such fields as marketing and sales, finance and accounting, operations and supply chain management, organisation and people. This is your chance to fulfil your dreams and ambitions with a degree that will pave the way to a great career in the world business arena!
IB provides a strong foundation in all the skills you need in today’s global business arena: marketing and sales, finance and accounting, operations and supply chain management, organisation and people. Plus some distinctive features, such as a focus on sustainable business, building essential digital business skills and learning interdisciplinary thinking and working. Furthermore, there are 2 work placements and a study abroad semester included in the programme. You can choose between the regular four-year programme and the more challenging three-year fast-track version. Our optional Advanced Business Communications (ABC) track gives you the opportunity to achieve business fluency in a second language (French, German, Spanish or Dutch).
The new IB programme is a result of the merge of International Business and Management Studies (IBMS) and International Business and Languages (IBL) into one English-taught programme. HU makes this change in light of nationwide developments: all IBL and IBMS programmes in the Netherlands are merging from September 2018 onwards.
