Summary

We will address what discursive patterns - that occur in social media messages - have the potential to mobilize audiences, how these can be identified at an early stage, and what this means for crisis communication. Finally, we discuss the possibilities of algorithms in untangling the complexity and entropy of datafied and platformized communication
