Anneke Offereins doctoral research is entitled ‘Van een bureaucratische naar een cliëntgerichte en flexibele organisatie: De effecten van een bottom-up veranderinterventie op de kwaliteit van de verpleeghuiszorg, het werk en de organisatie’ (‘From a bureaucratic to a client-oriented and flexible organisation: The effects of bottom-up change intervention on the quality of home-nursing care, work and the organisation’).

On 18 January 2019, Anneke Offereins gave a speech at the Zorgvisie-congres Zelforganisatie on the established factors of success and failure of the bottom-up approach to change intervention that she supervised at BrabantZorg and care centre De Vriezenhof.
