Dy-Anne Holland is a researcher within The Working with Mandated Clients research group. She is trained as a dramatherapist and researcher. She has a wide range of experience within forensic psychiatry and as a lecturer in social studies and Custodial Institutions Agency. In her work the focus lays on interaction, the function and possibilities of behavior, the use of creative interventions and professional development and reflection

In her previous research the focus was on mapping diverse levels of interaction with people with a vulnerability for psychoses, the value of styles in interaction and developing interventions to foster interaction with for example complicated cases, autism and severe trauma. In development of education she thrives on experience-based learning and providing connections to enhance the ability to act inquisitively by professionals.
