Floor has been working as a junior-researcher focusing on Future Machine Learning within the lectorate of AI and as a teacher for the HBO-ICT studies since March 2022.

Floor has a background in molecular biology and specialized further into the field of computational biology during her masters. After her study she worked for a year as a data scientist at Genova and Grace Systems. Floor aspires with her research to create AI application that are used in an ethical manner and contribute towards a society that is fair, sustainable and supportive.
