Frank Dreilsma

Lecturer-researcher

Frank is a researcher for the Research group Organizing Decent Work of the Research Centre for Social Innovation. He also works as a lecturer within the Human Resource Management bachelor degree program at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.

Central themes in Frank's research are inclusion and the well-being of employees with (work) disabilities, varying workloads, and/or (mental) vulnerabilities. In this context, he examines how Human Resource Management can contribute to optimally utilizing the talents of these individuals within organizations.

Within the Human Resource Management program, Frank plays a coordinating role in the development and profiling of the theme 'Good Work.' This theme encompasses topics such as meaningful work, sustainable employability, and inclusion & diversity.
