Doosje's interest in change in public organisations was fuelled during his research master in public administration & organisational science at the Utrecht School for Governance. Subsequently, he started as a junior teacher until he got the possibility to co-found the ComeniusNetwork, which supports innovative teachers to improve their education.
His motivation to research innovation processes is inspired by the complexity of change. It is rather difficult to transform creative and innovative ideas of teachers in sustainable changes within an educational institute. How can you facilitate this creative potential and realise sustainable change together?
