Jess Vermeij
Jess Vermeij has been affiliated with the research group Organization of Decent Work as a junior researcher since 2022. The ambition of this research group is to use practice-based research to support organisations in creating, organising and maintaining decent work opportunities. Jess' mission is to – through practice-based research – contribute to insights and possible solutions regarding issues or questions about (organizing) decent work.

Jess graduated in Human Resource Management and has a Master in Social Work. Jess is also member of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) of the HU, and contributes to values as equality, safety and inclusion.
