Liset Grooten
Liset Grooten has been a Lecturer-Researcher at the Research Group for Sustainable Pharmaceutical Care since September 2026. Liset is also a lecturer in the Healthcare Management programme, where she applies her knowledge and experience to help students bridge the gap between theory, research, and practice.

Liset obtained her PhD from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2020 with her dissertation, Expanding Scope: Evaluation of a Participatory Tool and Strategy to Enable the Deployment of Integrated Care in Europe. Her expertise includes practice-based research, integrated care, and collaborating with professionals and other stakeholders to address complex societal challenges. She is passionate about research that directly contributes to better, more sustainable, and person-centred care.
