He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2017 and completed his Master's in Sociology at Utrecht University in 2020. After his master's, he gained teaching experience at Utrecht University, where he was involved in various educational activities within the social sciences.
In 2023, he returned to Utrecht University of Applied Sciences and has since been affiliated with the Social Work programme.

In addition to his work in education, Lute is actively involved in the field. He works as a support worker at Philadelphia Zorg in the Overvecht district of Utrecht, where he assists people with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. His combination of hands-on experience and academic background makes him a vital link between theory and practice in the social domain.
