Philippine Waisvisz works at the Lectorate Process Innovation and Information Systems on her. Her doctoral research develops management information that transforms systemic data into data-driven narratives. Since 2018, she has also been an ICT undergraduate examiner and developer of responsible AI software.
She studied Literature Sciences at University of Amsterdam and lectured on management subjects at Central European University and other universities. Her current research originates from her experiences in risk and change management.
In her PhD research, "Digital Narrative Identification" Philippine uses organizational data to extract narratives that reveal the interplay between processes, human behaviors and feelings. To reduce bias she involves stakeholders in interpreting data. The resulting narratives help organizations refine processes and create policies grounded in real-world practice.
