Rien van Stigt
Rien van Stigt is involved in research that lies at the interface of the environment and area development.
He obtained his doctorate at Utrecht University on sustainable urban planning in 2016. The research focused on how knowledge about the environmental effects of area development can be used to arrive at spatial plans that provide a sustainable and high-quality living environment. He is currently involved in research into the effect of alliance formation in intersection development.
