Rikard Santapaola
Rikard Santapaola has been working as a lecturer-researcher within the Process Innovation & Information Systems research group since January 2026. His areas of interest primarily involve defining knowledge frameworks for the deployment of AI in business operations and setting up digital platforms for circular construction.

In addition to a degree in IT Engineering and an MBA in Big Data & Business Analytics, Rikard has gained extensive experience in information and business process management within the industrial construction sector (oil, gas, and power). As a lecturer, he teaches the Digital Business course in the Bachelor of Business Administration program and several modules within the Master of Project Management and Master of Data Driven Business programs.
