Vera Lamers
Vera Lamers has been working as a researcher within the Technology for Care Innovations research group since April 2024. Her approach is practice-oriented research with a focus on qualitative research related to ophthalmology. Additionally, she conducts research on ophthalmic problems in people with Parkinson's disease. Besides her work for the research group, she works one day a week as an optometrist in an optical store and is also employed as a teacher.
The focus within the field of industrial renovation of the build environment is on biobased insulation material. Where the research question is how the material behaves after applying it in existing structures.
