All 4 Talent (SPRONG)
All4Talent focuses on all labor market professionals, labor organizations and partnerships that do everything they can to create an inclusive labor market, in particular for people with a vulnerable labor market position. All4Talent aims to support these individuals (can continue to) participate in the labor market.
In this SPRONG-program All4Talent a toolbox will be developed comprised of new knowledge, best practices, products, services and cooperation possibilities in creating an inclusive labor market. The partners involved in this program exchange experiences and expertise in an interactive platform. All4Talent enables researchers to develop knowledge and instruments for better supporting employees and job seekers in participating in the labor market.
Objective
The partners in the SPRONG program All4Talent develop a toolbox consisting of new knowledge, best practices, products and services and ways to work together towards an inclusive labor market. Knowledge exchange and development takes place in a knowledge platform.
SPRONG All4Talent focuses on important questions regarding the design of an inclusive labour market, such as:
- How can sustainable inclusion for target groups with a need for support be designed best?
- What are the inhibiting and promoting factors?
- Which actors (can) play an important role in this?
- What knowledge, insights, methods, best practices or forms of cooperation are needed to ensure that transitions from school to work or from non-work to work run smoothly for everyone?
Results
- Realization of a knowledge platform that can take on complex issues with regard to the development and governance of inclusie labor market regions by employing the right competencies that match the needs of residents, policymakers and employers.
- Development of a toolbox that offers labor market professionals and policymakers new perspectives for developing a more inclusive labor market.
- Several multiplier events have been organized which keep the problem definition process going and are used to exchange knowledge and get inspired.
- The employment of PhD students who perform research in well-designed supervision teams and contribute to All4Talent and to education.
Duration
01 October 2025 - 31 December 2028
Approach
This project focuses on regional cooperation – coordinated by the research groups – for a more inclusive labor market by policymakers, employees/job seekers with a vulnerable labor market position, employers, and governmental- and educational institutions. In addition, interregional exchange will take place on a structural basis through the knowledge platform and multiplier events.
"All4Talent responds to current developments within labor market regions. By 2026, these regions must begin implementing the renewed labor market infrastructure. In each region, various public and private organizations work together to guide people toward suitable employment or labor market-oriented education."
