Bas Agricola PhD is an educational researcher at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. At the department of Learning and Innovation his research has a focus on assessment and feedback, on curriculum flexibilisation and learning outcomes. He obtained his PhD at Utrecht University (2019).

At HU University of Applied Sciences, Bas combines his work as a researcher at the department of Learning and Innovation with working as a lecturer/educational advisor at the HU primary teacher education and the Master Educational Needs. In both positions, he connects education and research and searches for collaboration between different research groups.

Bas has been working in higher education since 2006. For 14 years he lectured at the Nutrition and Dietetics program of HAN University of Applied Sciences. He is BKE and SKE certified and studied Educational Sciences at UU (2013). He worked at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences as a researcher in the Research Group for Promising School Careers.
