Joyce Vreuls

Joyce Vreuls is als buitenpromovenda (vanuit Open Universiteit Heerlen en Zuyd Hogeschool) verbonden aan het lectoraat Werken in Onderwijs. Ze doet promotieonderzoek naar responsieve curriculum ontwikkelprocessen door teams in het hoger beroepsonderwijs. 

Since 2010, Joyce Vreuls has been working as a senior teacher and
educationalist at Zuyd University of Applied Science Heerlen. She is currently
engaged in educational development for the Academy of Nursing.
She is also chair of the curriculum committee and project leader of various
innovation projects at the Academy. Joyce is also a member of the Research Centre for Professionalization of Education (professor Marcel van der Klink).

Since 2008, she is a graduated Nurse (Zuyd University of Applied Sciences).
In 2013, she decided - after completing a post-graduate teacher course and minor
in science - to deepen and broaden her knowledge and started at the MHPE
(master in educational science, Maastricht University).
She graduated in 2015 and focused on educational development and the PhD
trajectory afterwards (promotors: Els Boshuizen, Loek Nieuwenhuis, Marcel van
der Klink and Mieke Koeslag-Kreunen).).
