Maaike Keesen

Researcher

Maaike Keesen has been affiliated with the Institute for People & Business since 2009, after a long career as an HRM employee. As a business administrator and highly experienced HRM specialist, she focuses on the development of young HR professionals within the context of organisations, for the Human Resource Management degree programme.

Since 2010, Maaike has been conducting research into business administration issues in the legal field, often at the request of the Institute for Law. Main themes are the professional development of the HPE lawyer and aspects of professional attitude among HBR and SJD students. Since 2018, she has been conducting research into clients with multi-problem situations.
