Navin Sewberath Misser is associated with the Research group Extended Enterprise Studies, where he is preparing a PhD study focused on one of hospitals’ primary processes: the surgery process.
Navin studied Industrial Engineering & Management at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, followed by a Business Studies degree programme at Rotterdam School of Management/Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he majored in Management of Change Since 2001, he has concerned himself – in the role of management consultant and advisor – with information systems and their implementation, process management and transformation programmes in the public sector, private sector and care sector.
Navin is currently working as an hbo lecturer in Industrial Engineering & Management and a coordinator of the Industrial Engineering & Management programme at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. He bears operational responsibility for the educational process and its logistics. In addition to supporting and supervising project groups and graduate students, he also lectures in the fields of Organisational Behaviour, HRM, Change Management and Economics.
