Rozemarijn Capiau
As an organizational psychologist, Rozemarijn Capiau focuses on the role of leadership and teams in complex educational innovations. After working as a manager for almost a decade, she is now active as a researcher within the lectorate Driving Educational Change.

After completing the Master's programs in Organizational Psychology and Training and Development, Rozemarijn worked for many years as a trainer/coach, teacher, educational developer and manager. In addition to her work for the lectorate, she is involved in the organizational development of Hogeschool Utrecht as a project leader and consultant.
