Stefan Elbers is a behaviour change expert with a focus on healthy and sustainable living. His research projects center on applying behavioural insights into policy-making, intervention development and professional practice in the public domain.

Stefan has supervised multiple research projects that centred on health behaviour change. In recent years, he worked as a research consultant where he managed projects for leading organizations in the EU public sector. In his current position at the UAS Utrecht, he focuses on developing a behavioural insights network to coordinate research and educational activities in the field of applied behavioural science.
