Thuy-Vy Nguyen is manager of two master's programs within the Institute for People & Business and researcher at the research group Organization in Digital Transition. Within the research group she participates in the Digital Transformation Skills Monitor project.

Thuy-Vy has her master's degree in Educational Sciences. She is interested in competences, curriculum development and Lifelong Development. Within the DTSM project she is mainly concerned with the scientific underpinning and validation of the framework.

As a program manager of master's education, she attaches great importance to qualitative collaboration between research and education. This results, among other things, in setting up research workshops within the full-time Master of Project Management, which are mainly led by senior researchers from the research group Organizations in Digital Transition.
