Erica Bouw is affiliated as a researcher with the Research group Vocational Education. Erica is conducting doctoral research into learning environments on the boundary between schools and professional practice. She is also part of the Vocational Education Research Workshop.
Erica also works as a lecturer with the Lifelong Learning team of the Institute for Law. She has been active in higher professional education for more than fifteen years, holding positions in which she combines her teaching tasks with coordination and educational development.
Over the course of several years, alongside her professional work, Erica successfully completed the part-time degree programme in Educational Studies and the Master in Learning and Innovation.
