Gül Akcaova

PhD candidate

Gül Akcaova started as a PD candidate at HU University of applied sciences Utrecht, and works together with four professorships. Guided by the professorship Process innovation & information systems, she studies strategic planning for digital transformation in educational networks.

With a fascination for network governance she works as strategic advisor at SURF – the collaborative network for ict in education and research in the Netherlands. In her role as lead futurist she sees opportunities for education and research to collectively shape the future by better imagination, preparation and planning.
