Joyce works as a researcher within the Marketing & Customer Experience research group since 1 February 2023. Here she conducts research within the research line 'Brand and Society' into the value perception of sustainable consumer products.
Joyce completed a Bachelor in Social Psychology at Utrecht University and subsequently specialized as a consumer and sensory scientist at Wageningen University & Research. Here she mainly focused on unraveling social and sensory influences on consumer choices.
She is therefore driven to conduct research into aspects that stimulate healthier and more sustainable (food) choices among consumers.
