Natalie den Engelse has been working as a lecturer-researcher at the Marketing Customer Experience research group since 2021. She focuses on the research line "Human & Marketing Technology." In addition, she works as a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Marketing & Commerce.

Natalie den Engelse has a background in Sales & Marketing and earned her PhD on the topic of Social Media & Entrepreneurship. She has researched the utility and relevance of social media for the business development process. In the research line "Human & Marketing," she focuses on research related to responsible technology use by marketing and customer experience professionals.
