Tara Vester
Tara Vester has been working as a researcher and PhD candidate within the research group Organisations in Digital Transition since 1 May 2024. In her PhD research, she focuses on the Twin Transformation: how organisations navigate the simultaneous challenges of digitalisation and sustainability.
After studying International Communication and Japanese, Tara gained experience in the innovative greenhouse horticulture sector, where she worked at the intersection of marketing, communication and sustainability. In 2023, she completed the Parttime Master in Management at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Her graduation research focused on the role of sustainability change agents in strengthening a sustainable organisational culture. She then worked for two years as a self-employed sustainability consultant. Since 1 May 2024, Tara has been working as a researcher at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, where she is pursuing her PhD.
