Violèta Beganovic

As of March 2024, I am working with the Organizations in Digital Transitions-research group as project manager of Immersive Learning Experiences (IX-lab).

Richtext

In addition, I am:
1. Results-oriented change agent with expertise in educational innovation, project and process management, and the implementation of digital systems.
2. Collaborative generalist who successfully implements complex processes and new educational systems.
3. An entrepreneurial change agent who links strategy and execution within educational innovation and process management.
4. A specialist in change: experienced in process management, educational logistics, and the implementation of digital learning solutions.
5. An innovative change agent who transforms educational processes and sustainably embeds new systems.

"A Jack of all Trades may be a master of integration, since the individual knows enough from many learned trades and skills to be able to bring their disciplines together into a practical finished product and is a generalist rather than a specialist"

What drives me in my work is achieving real, tangible improvement. I want to help organizations move forward by breaking down complex issues into clear directions and effective solutions—not just coming up with them, but actually putting them into practice.

I actively seek out the dynamics of change: improving processes, implementing new methods and systems, and connecting people, technology, and strategy. In doing so, I aim to make an impact in education by making innovation tangible and contributing to future-proof learning environments.

Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that change is not temporary, but is sustainably embedded in the organization—so that it truly works for the people who have to live with it.
