Willemijn van Haeften has been working as a researcher and project coordinator at the research groups Organisations in Digital Transition and Process Innovation & Information Systems since 2022. As a PhD candidate, she conducts research into psychological contracts between employee and employer, at public organisations in digital transition.
She holds a BA in business administration and an MSc in Public Administration, focusing on strategy, adoption and change management during both studies. In het PhD, she continues these areas of interest by focusing on the digital transition in the public sector.
In addition to her research tasks, Willemijn works in European projects focused on IT skills and education in the EU.
