OVERLAB: Research into learning and innovation in learning networks

Learning networks can no longer be ignored in the HU landscape. Although they are called all kinds of different names (from living labs and workplaces to learning communities and hubs), they are usually used with the same goal: stimulating learning and innovation. But how do learning networks within the HU learn and innovate?

Objective

We map out how learning networks learn and innovate within the HU by interviewing the leaders of eight learning networks and having them reflect on their process.

Results

  • Knowledge about successful learning and innovation in learning networks
  • A toolbox to support learning and innovation in learning networks
    • The first tool is a reflection tool. This allows you to reflect on learning and innovation in your learning network.

Duration

01 September 2021 - 31 December 2024

Approach

In the OVERLAB we conduct research in a learning network about what works in learning networks. Hence OVERLAB: we look beyond labs or learning networks to learn about how they work.
