The thing I like most about Creative Business is the practicality. During my first year, I had the chance to learn new skills, do many creative projects, and even work with real companies. My favourite subjects are Digital Media, Marketing Principles and Creativity because they gave me more opportunities to do research in the real market, think "outside of the box", dare to try crazy ideas and create innovative products. I believe that they are all helpful in building my future profession. Moreover, I improved my public speaking and listening skills a lot thanks to a huge number of presentations and workshops at HU. Being friends with other international students helps me not only create a social network but also gain more knowledge about other countries and their cultures.

I chose this programme because I was aiming to find diversity and explore different cultures in the field of communications. In fact, this programme is really diverse, and you cannot find it in Brazil or in other parts of Europe. The world is changing, and communication is changing with it. Creative Business represents the future and I feel really blessed to be able to study something so interesting. Indeed, coming to this country was scary due to the fact that Dutch is a really hard language. However, The Netherlands is an amazing country to live, because almost everyone can speak English, and the Dutch people always embrace the expats. Besides that, there are many international companies searching for diversity and English speakers.
